How to find the stash code in Stalker 2's Railway Maintenance Facility

The map of Stalker 2 is a fictional recreation of the real-life Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, where a deadly nuclear disaster in 1986 rendered the nearby city of Pripyat and much of the surrounding area uninhabitable for thousands of years. In the game, these areas are overrun by anomalies, poltergeists, and other hostile presences ready to challenge the player.

Helping players in their journey are house stashes, which can be looted to gain small advantages on the battlefield. This article explains how to open the Railway Maintenance Facility stash located in Zaton, near the border with Wild Island.

Opening the Railway Maintenance Facility stash in Stalker 2

To open the Railway Maintenance Facility stash in Stalker 2, head to the small two-storied brick structure on the southwest end of Zaton. There, you will find the building that houses the stash. However, you need a four-digit PIN code to unlock the door and access the contents behind it.

The digits for the PIN code are scattered across the railyard area. Here's how to find them:

• The number "2" can be found by heading south, scribbled onto a train car.
• The number "4" is located toward the east atop a small brick house.
• The number "6" is also found in the east, on an excavator machine close to the previous number.
• The number "8" is found southwest of the stash location, scribbled on a train car near the area boundary.

Once you have collected all four digits, head back to the building and approach the keypad. Enter the PIN code "2468" to unlock the door.

Inside, you can loot everything you find. Notably, the PSZ-5I Hawk armor is available in the room, which can be a great addition to Skif's inventory.
