Obtaining Arhat Gold Piece and Loong Scales in Black Myth Wukong, explained

Finding both the Arhat Gold Piece and Loong Scales requires you to apply a specific method during your journey in Black Myth Wukong. When you are in Sandgate Village (second chapter), there are a few bosses you have to defeat to open up new pathways. In this case, you must encounter the King of Flowing Sands and his Second Prince of Flowing Sands.

These two duo bosses can be found near the Village Entrance Keeper's Shrine in Sandgate Village. From there, proceed forward, take the right side's pathway, and you will arrive at an open area with a lot of enemies. Clear that place and open the big door there to encounter the King of Flowing Sands and his Second Prince of Flowing Sands.

When fighting against them, make sure you only defeat the Second Prince of Flowing Sands and do not kill the King of Flowing Sands. That's because after the fight is over, the latter will flee from that scene and relocate to another location.

Then, proceed forward to access the Valley of Despair Keeper's Shrine. Keep going forward to get inside a large cave and after some time, you will finally encounter the King of Flowing Sands again. This time, his other son, the First Prince of Flowing Sands, will also appear. You can acquire the Arhat Gold Piece and Loong Scales after defeating him.

• Arhat Gold Piece: You will receive this item immediately upon vanquishing the First Prince of Flowing Sands.
• Loong Scales: You have to use the boss to attack the wall, so it creates a crack on it. Then, interact with it to enter a new area, and at the end of that, you will discover the Loong Scales. You can also use the Wandering Wight Spirit to break the wall.

You can use the Loong Scales to unlock a secret boss in Black Wind Mountain. After getting the item, navigate to Outside the Forest Keeper's Shrine at the Forest of Wolves. Then, proceed forward, and take the left pathway until you reach beneath the big waterfall. You can unlock a new area there, and fight against the Red Loong boss.
