The Blood Shield is a new, free skin for Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals. With the launch of Season 1, the game introduced significant new content, including two new characters: Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman. Since the entire Fantastic Four family is part of Season 1 and the season is divided into two parts, the remaining two characters — Human Torch and The Thing — will be released in the second half.
Cosmetics in Marvel Rivals generally appeal to fans as they offer heroes and villains unique looks with new themes and designs, often based on comic book lore or the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While they are easily accessible to all players, the ability to switch between skins is what serves as a strong motivator.

How to claim the Blood Shield Invisible Woman skin in Marvel Rivals
The Blood Shield Invisible Woman skin is part of the rank rewards, and to become eligible for it, you must reach at least Gold Tier III in Competitive mode. However, you can only equip the skin in the next season.
Fulfilling the Gold Tier III requirement in Marvel Rivals Season 1 will make you eligible for the Blood Shield skin, but you'll receive the cosmetic only at the start of next season.
Seasonal rewards are given based on your highest rank achieved. Even if you're below Gold Tier III when the season ends, you'll still receive the skin as long as you have reached Gold Tier III at some point during the season.
Although the skin's design has yet to be revealed, the avatar symbol hints at a red-themed design. Given that the Malice skin for Invisible Woman, which is also red-themed, is one of the best skins in the game, we can expect the Blood Shield skin to have a similar appealing design.
The official description under the Blood Shield avatar for Invisible Woman states:
''Reed will understand. He knows that I’m not the type to sit around in the Baxter Building while the boys handle everything. I’m just as capable, if not more so. Vampires can’t get through my shields, much less anything else. They won’t see me coming.''
Season 1 will conclude in May 2025, giving you plenty of time to grind and climb the ranks. The higher your rank, the better the Chest of Honor you will receive, which can be displayed on your name card.
