The Carian Regal Scepter in Elden Ring scales with Intelligence, Dexterity, and Strength. It is a reward for handing over the Remembrance of the Full Moon Queen to Enia at the Roundtable Hold hub area. Remembrances are powerful artifacts obtained by defeating bosses, and in this case, it drops from Rennala Queen of the Full Moon boss at the Raya Lucaria Academy.

She is one of the main bosses in the game's campaign and also mother to Ranni the Witch, one of the earliest NPCs you will encounter in Elden Ring. Defeating her can be a little tricky; while her first phase is easy, things ramp up significantly with her second phase as she casts powerful spells and summons strong beasts.
