How to get Fragrant Spice in Metaphor Refantazio

Being an RPG (Role-playing game), Metaphor ReFantazio features many popular gameplay elements from renowned games across the genre. This includes party management, skill acquisition, side quests, and much more, in addition to an expansive story. An aspect of gameplay also seen in the title is Cooking. This allows players to conjure up some great items to help them as they partake in their journey across the map.

As is certain, the same requires ingredients to create dishes. Of these, Fragrant Spice is an ingredient that requires some effort to acquire, given it can only be purchased from one location across the entirety of the map. Below is a guide on where to find Fragrant Spice.

Finding Fragrant Spice in Metaphor ReFantazio

This cooking ingredient can only be found in one spot across the entirety of the map: within Martira, in the Old Castle Town. The campaign will unlock this area, and it can be freely explored as well. Once in the area, head over to Cattleracket Road, where a set of stairs will lead you toward a small lane.

Head up the stairs, turn left once the set of stairs ends, and proceed for a small distance before turning right at the first opportunity. A young girl will have the Merchant indicator, following which she will ask you if you would like to purchase any items. Within the list of items, Fragrant Spice will appear.

Gallica will then prompt you and mention that the ingredient can be very useful in cooking. The item costs 100 reeve per unit and is required to cook certain kinds of dishes.

1) Stale Blackbread: Deals 300 Almighty damage to one enemy.

• Ingredients required: Geldust x1, Fiendflower Nectar x1, Fragrant Spice x3.

2) Invincible Noodles: Gain immunity in the field for 60 seconds.

• Ingredients required: Fragrant Spice x1, Lumibee x1, Bidou Meat x2.

3) Benevolent Bread: 60 seconds of HP regeneration while walking in dungeons.

• Ingredients required: Fragrant Spice x1, Mellow Milk x1, Orgo Sugar x1.
