In addition, you can get a free copy of Kirara in the Genshin Impact 4.8 limited-time summer event. To do this, obtain Starsail Coins from the three mini-games available during the summer event. These include,

• Boreal Flurry
• Flying Hatter's Trick
• Metropole Trials

Insert these Starsail Coins into Fantastical Fabricators, which are part of the Figurine Fabrication gameplay system. This allows you to get keepsake figurines.

Once you use these Fantastical Fabricators enough times, you can get a free copy of Kirara, which either makes her join your roster or awards a free constellation of her. You can also claim rewards such as Primogems and Serenitea Pot Furnishings through the Fantastical Fabricators.
