As mentioned above, By Moon's Grace is the main event for Wuthering Waves' 1.2 patch. You must participate in it to earn a special currency called "Popularity." Once you have earned the required amount of Popularity, you can use it to claim your free Xiangli Yao from the Converging Paths section on the event's page.
The Converging Paths event will be available from September 7, 2024, at 10:00 am (server time), to September 28, 2024, at 11:59 am (server time). You must earn enough Popularity and claim your free exclusive 5-star resonator within this duration.

You should note that you must be at least Union Level 17 and must have completed the main quest, Chapter 1 Act III "Ominous Star," to participate in the By Moon's Grace event in version 1.2.
You can earn Popularity by building Fair Stalls and completing various Wishes throughout the event. Both pose different tasks and challenges that you can complete with the help of your companions.
Apart from the free exclusive 5-star resonator, the By Moon's Grace event offers several other rewards like Astrites, Premium Sealed Tube, Premium Resonance Potion, Premium Tuner, and Shell Credits.
