Tencent Games has released a new companion or pet named Leopard Buddy in PUBG Mobile. It follows the previously released, and first of its kind, Lion Buddy companion. For those unaware, the game features virtual pets that join you on the battlefield. However, they don't provide you with any aid and are featured only for their visual appeal.
Leopard Buddy can be acquired through events or the Hola Buddy crates, which are currently live. To obtain this exclusive collectible, however, you will require UC (Unknown Cash), which is collected using real money. Get Leopard Buddy in PUBG Mobile via the latest Hola Buddy crate
The Hola Buddy crate went live on July 12, 2024, and will remain in-game till August 31, 2024 (UTC+0). The crate offers the Leopard Buddy along with the Arctic Spirit Buddy skin, which turns your Leopard companion into a Snow Leopard. It also contains a Furs 'n' Spots set (a leopard-skin-themed outfit), a Swift Leopard Outfit, a Snowy Seal set, and a Snowy Seal backpack. Besides these, the crate offers low-end items, such as Pet Food and in-crate tokens.
To acquire the exclusives, you must open crates that function like spins. It costs a certain amount of UC to draw a spin, and then you can randomly select an item from the crate as your reward.
The first draw of the day is prized at 10 UC, while the subsequent one costs 30 UC. To draw 10 spins at once, you will have to shell out 270 UC. Note that these prizes can change while the Hola Buddy crate is live.
On the other hand, if you end up exhausting your UC storage on crate openings and fail to obtain the Leopard Buddy in PUBG Mobile, you can purchase it from the Hola Buddy crate's redeem section using in-crate tokens.
