Removing tree stumps in Disney Dreamlight Valley requires you to visit the Frozen Realm, which you can unlock for 4,000 Dreamlight. This realm can be accessed by entering the portal found at the Dream Castle. Once you exit on the other side of the portal and reach the Frozen Realm, interact with the Frozen sisters and complete their quests.
After finishing their quests, you will get the opportunity to bring Anna back to your realm. Take her back with you and bombard her with her favorite items to increase your friendship to Level 2. Once at Level 2, talk to her and start her friendship quest called An Icy Invitation.
Completing this quest will reward you with the ability to upgrade your shovel. With the upgrade in your possession, you can remove any tree stumps you come across during your exploration in Disney Dreamlight Valley. If you are not sure what these tree stumps look like, they can be easily identified by the mushrooms that grows on them.
How to upgrade the shovel in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To upgrade your shovel, head to the nearest Crafting Table. This process will require you to have the following items:
- Softwood
- Hardwood x4
- Tinkering Parts x3
- Iron Ingots x4
All these materials can easily be found on the map. Once acquired, bring them back to the Crafting Table, and your upgrade will be ready to use.
