How to get the Saint achievement in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster

Released just a few days ago, Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is sure to bring a smile to your face as it takes you down memory lane. The remastered version of the 2006 game Dead Rising comes with boosted graphics, better controls, and an improved UI. The plot revolves around rescuing a bunch of survivors after a shopping mall gets attacked by zombies.

The new version features most of the same weapons and achievements as the original game, so the toughest achievement of the game is still 'Saint.' The achievement requires players to rescue 50 survivors by the end of the first mode of the game (which is called 72 hours). What makes this hard to achieve is the fact that the game's story takes place over three days.

Start securing survivors as soon as you start the game. Otis will be using the in-game radio to alert you about the locations of survivors. As soon as you get a call from him, try to immediately get to the survivors' location. Given the fact that the game is time-sensitive, you won't get the liberty to play a few side quests or kill a group of zombies before saving the survivors like in many other games.

A quicker way around the mall is through the maintenance tunnels in the game. However, note that these tunnels are filled with zombies, so do not use them to escort a large group of people. Also, make sure to carry or help the injured ones to rescue them as quickly as possible. You can hold the hands of two survivors at once to help them out.
