The Special Assault Rifle in Stalker 2 can be acquired from the mill area near Cordon, soon after you leave the Lesser Zone. Once in this area, you have to locate an NPC named Stets Leech. Climb up the stairs and head inside the Mill to find him.

Inside, you will find Leech lying on the floor wounded. Heal him and then start a conversation to learn what had happened. You can then return to the area after some time to find his corpse and the firearm. However, this approach is risky, as there is a chance of the body not appearing.
