Black Myth Wukong has quickly gained popularity for its diverse open world and tough boss fights that put your skills to the test. To take down these challenging bosses, the game also provides players with an arsenal they can use depending on what suits their needs the best. While some of these weapons can be acquired naturally, others are locked behind specific boss fights that are optional or present in a secret location.
One such weapon is the Jingubang Staff, considered one of the strongest staffs in the game. However, acquiring this staff is not a walk in the park as the players are required to complete a few prerequisites to earn the Jingubang Staff.

How to acquire the Jingubang Staff in Black Myth Wukong?
The Jingubang Staff is one of the strongest weapons in Black Myth Wukong, making it a must-have for many players. However, acquiring the staff requires players to defeat four bosses in a boss fight. The boss fights required for the Jingubang Staff are as follows:
1) Gold Armored Rhino
This boss will be covered in armor and nearly invincible until you destroy its horn using a heavy attack. Dodge his attacks to build up focus and strike his horn with a heavy attack to destroy his horn leaving him vulnerable to your normal moveset. Repeat this technique until you've dealt enough damage to defeat the Gold Armored Rhino.
2) Cloudtreading Deer
Defeating the Cloudtreading Deer is a bit tricky as it doesn't have a weak spot like the Gold Armoured Rhino. The only way to defeat him is to dodge its attacks and memorize his animations and moveset. Use any opening you can get to unleash all your powerful attacks and you will eventually defeat the Cloudtreading Deer.
3) Feng-Tail General
Defeating the Feng-Tail General is still easier than the other three bosses required for the Jingubang Staff. Winning this fight depends on how much stamina and health Sun Wukong has. The boss fight is easy if you have a huge amount of stamina and health; however, if you still struggle to take Feng-Tail General down, try upgrading your health.
4) Emerald-Armed Mantis
Starting this fight requires first defeating the Gold Armored Rhino, Cloudtreading Deer, and Feng-Tail General. After defeating all three bosses, find your way to the golden leaves tree where you will trigger a cutscene putting you against Emerald-Armed Mantis in a boss fight. Make sure to use your spells after this boss's health drops below 75% and dodge when you see his claws are underground.
Where to Look for the Jingubang Staff In Black Myth Wukong?
Now that you have bested all four bosses in a boss fight, you can finally acquire the Jingubang Staff. However, you won't immediately obtain the staff after defeating the bosses as you will have to make your way to another location where you will find the staff waiting for you. These step-by-step instructions will help you easily reach the Jingubang Staff:
- Get on your cloud and use it to elevate above the boss arena where you defeated the Emerald-Armed Mantis.
- Now make your way to another golden leaves tree, where you will see a huge waterfall with a small passageway leading toward it.
- This is where you ditch the cloud and follow the passageway till you reach the end.
Once you're at the end, you'll stumble upon a staff that will put you in a cutscene once approached. When the cutscene concludes, you will acquire the Jingubang Staff.
