Apart from coal production, ore mining, and other such activities, you need to craft Time Crystals upon reaching a certain level. These crystals are an essential resource in the game required for many advanced crafting techniques. If you are at or above Tier 9 in the game, they will come in handy to help you improve your production line.

Time Crystals are used for multiple quantum-related recipes. They are also required to create Neural-Quantum processors, which are useful in building supercomputers. Apart from other ingredients, it takes five of these crystals to construct Neural-Quantum processors. These processors are one of the few ways to clear Tier 9 in the game.

Another use of the Time Crystals is to craft Synthetic Power Shards, which helps make your production line more efficient. The crystals will also come in handy when you intend to improve your transportation system by upgrading your Conveyor Belt Mk.6 and Conveyor Lift Mk.6.

How to craft Time Crystals in Satisfactory

You require access to the Converter before crafting Time Crystals. Moreover, you will need to use diamonds, which will then be converted into Time Crystals. The converter, however, can only produce six of them per minute. For every two diamonds that you put into the converter, you will get one Time Crystal in return.

To get diamonds in the game, you need coal. While it is simple to make Time Crystals, the problem is that the converters are highly energy-demanding. Make sure to have enough resources in hand before starting production and manage your power wisely when producing these crystals.
