How to get and use Myrtle in Hades 2

Myrtle is an important resource you will want to farm as you make your way through the biomes in Hades 2. This crafting material will let you make two useful Incantations that will be quite useful in the later stages

However, the title doesn't exactly go over how you can obtain this resource. This is why many in the community struggle to get their hands on it.

Obtaining Myrtle in Hades 2

To obtain Myrtle in the game, make your way to the Fields of Mourning. This is the third biome and you will not be able to unlock it right away.

First, go through two areas and two bosses, and only then will you reach this stage. So you get some upgrades going for Melinoe before you can consistently make it to this biome.

Additionally, unlike some of the other resources in the game, you won't need a special tool to harvest Myrtle when you encounter it. So, when you are in the Fields of Mourning make sure you search every corner of this area.

Look for flowers with green stems. Once you come across it, interact with it and Melinoe will automatically collect the flower.

You can make searching for Myrtle easier by unlocking the Reagent Sensing Incantation. It will highlight the harvestable resources every time you enter a stage.

How to use Myrtle in Hades 2

Once you have been able to get your hands on Myrtle, you can head to your cauldron and craft the following Incantations:

Reviving a Mournful Husk:

• x1 Myrtle
• It will let you use the Golden Boughs in the Field of Mourning to better orient yourself.

Empath’s Intuition

• x1 Fate Fabric + x3 Myrtle
• It will let you update the Book of Shadows with insight into relationship statuses with other NPCs
