White Sturgeon can be located in the Frosted Heights biome, which can be unlocked by spending 10,000 Dreamlight. However, accessing this area on the map will require players to first unlock Forest of Valor, which costs 3,000 Dreamlight.

Unlocking the area is important as it has all the routes that lead to Frosted Heights. Upon collecting enough Dreamlight, visit both locations and unlock them by spending the currency. After you have entered the Frosted Heights biome, look for the nearest pond or river you can find and start fishing.
