How to get Worms in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley features a variety of biomes for players to explore. During your exploration, you will often encounter villagers who will give you new quests to complete. Maui, the Demigod, is one such villager who will offer you a mission called "Burying the Eel." During this mission, Maui will ask you to complete various tasks — one of them requiring you to find a few Worms.

This request can be a bit tricky for players, who don't know where to look. This article will cover everything you need to know about acquiring Worms in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

The Worms can be easily acquired in the Peaceful Meadow biome. Once in this biome, head to the ponds to identify a few sparkling spots. Digging these spots up will provide you with the Worms needed to prepare an Eel Trap. You will also need Softwoods x8, which can be recovered from the Glade of Trust and Forest of Valor biomes.

With the Worms and Softwood in your inventory, make your way to the nearest Crafting Station and build an Eel Trap. With the trap ready for use, head to Dazzle Beach and use it to catch an Eel near Goofy's Stall. Plant the Eel anywhere in Dazzle Beach and water it a few times until a Coconut Tree pops up. This will mark the end of the "Burying the Eel" quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to activate the "Burying the Eel" quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The "Burying the Eel" quest can be activated once you reach Level 2 friendship status with Maui, the Demigod. However, you first need to unlock him by rescuing him and Moana from the Realm of a Demigod. Bringing back Moana from the realm will trigger the "A Feast Fit for a Demigod" mission, which requires you to feed Maui a three-star meal of your choice.

This will bring back the Demigod from the realm as well, allowing you to work on your friendship with him. Gift him his favorite items, and eventually, you will hit the Level 2 friendship status, which will unlock the "Burying the Eel" quest. Finishing this quest will unlock Coconut as an ingredient, which wasn't available to you before.
