How to increase Chef Level in Wuthering Waves

Chef Level in Wuthering Waves is one of the many in-game features that allows players to get valuable rewards for cooking dishes. Cooking is primarily done to obtain buffs for battles or healing a character. However, there's also a Chef Level system with five different ranks that increase as you make more dishes and raise your Proficiency level. Doing so also unlocks several in-game rewards, such as more cooking recipes and Astrites.

You can check your Chef Level in Wuthering Waves in the Dish Making section after interacting with a cooking stove or another similar device. The Chef Level increases automatically as you cook more food and improve your Proficiency.

As mentioned, the only way to increase your Chef Level in Wuthering Waves is by cooking food. Each dish you prepare will give you Proficiency points or exp, gradually increasing your Proficiency and raising your Chef Level.

However, it should be noted that the amount of exp you gain from a dish will depend on the rarity and type of dish. Furthermore, there's a limit to how many Proficiency exp each dish can provide.

Here's a brief breakdown of how much Proficiency each dish can raise based on its rarity:

Rarity	Proficiency
Green	10 (Max 300)
Blue	20 (Max 400)
Purple	40 (Max 400)
Yellow	60 (Max 600)
