How long does it take to beat Astro Bot?
Just to see it through to the end, players can expect the title to take about 10 hours. There are a total of 80 levels to scour across 50 planets in search of the lost crew members who have been scattered thanks to the nefarious Space Bully Nebulax. Each level hides many secrets in addition to the various mini Bots who must be tracked down to progress further into the story.
Taking into consideration extra content such as tracking down all collectibles, coins, and such, the 10-hour number can easily rise to 15, or even 20 for those who wish to take their sweet time combing the level and marveling at the set pieces. This is a pretty-looking game all things considered with plenty of minute attention to detail and fun references to discover after all.
Speaking of references, the journey is also interjected with varied callouts and even levels themed after iconic PlayStation franchises. This includes the latest God of War Ragnarok title. Keen-eyed players will also spot in-game models of beloved PlayStation consoles, such as the PlayStation Portable. This and more make this title a true love letter to the blue team's legacy.
