This recipe qualifies as a four-star dish because it requires four ingredients, all of which are essential and cannot be substituted. Once you’ve cooked this meal, you can sell it at Goofy's Stall for 678 Star Coins. Alternatively, you can consume it to restore at least 1,482 Energy.

The first ingredient needed is Wheat, which you can buy from Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow for 3 Star Coins. Wheat seeds are also available for just 1 Star Coin and grow quickly, making it the fastest-growing crop in the game.
