As far as it goes, wheat is the easiest ingredient to get for this recipe. You can buy wheat or wheat seeds from Goofy's Stall in the Peaceful Meadow. It takes just a minute or so to grow wheat after planting it. If you have already unlocked WALL-E's garden, there is a chance that you may get some wheat from there as well.
