The first ingredient required to make Chicken Souvlaki in Disney Dreamlight Valley is Poultry, which can be bought from Gaston's Stall. This will cost you 500 Star Coins. However, you will first need to unlock and then upgrade Gaston's Stall by reaching level 2 friendship with him.
