Fish Pasta in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a four-star dish, which means you need to gather four ingredients to cook it. To make one, you need 1x Fish, 1x Garlic, 1x Wheat, and 1x Milk. Here is how you can get the required ingredients:

1. Fish: Since the species or rarity of fish does not affect the recipe, you can use any fish from your inventory or catch some from the ponds or lakes nearby. That said, it’s recommended not to use rare fish since they may have a higher value than the Fish Pasta itself.
2. Wheat: Wheat can be easily obtained from Goofy’s Stall in Peaceful Meadow biome. You can buy Wheat seeds for one Star Coin or purchase fully grown Wheat for three Star Coins. The seeds need to be planted and watered before they can grow into Wheat.

You need a piece of Coal to cook any dish in Disney Dreamlight Valley. If you don’t have one already, mining a few rocks around the Valley should get you one. Once you have coal and the four ingredients ready, go to a Cooking Station, place the ingredients in any order, and select “Start Cooking”. The Fish Pasta will be ready in a few seconds. The dish can then be consumed to restore 1,282 energy or be sold for a decent price of 424 Star Coins.

You can also gift it to any character to increase your friendship level or use it as a decoration in your house. To use the Fish Pasta as a decoration, select the dish from your inventory and select the “drop” option.
