How to make French Fries in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Released back in 2023, Disney Dreamlight Valley is an exciting life-simulation title that has a lot of fun activities for you to indulge in. Apart from participating in farming, mining, and completing quests, you can also spend your time cooking your favourite recipes like French Fries and Pasta.

The title features tons of recipes for you to try. These are divided into several categories depending on the number of ingredients required to cook them, like two-star, three-star, four-star, and five-star recipes. French Fries, however, is one of the simplest dishes in the game and falls under the category of a two-star recipe.

Making French Fries in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The meals that you cook in Disney Dreamlight Valley can either be consumed by for an energy boost or sold for Star Coins, the in-game currency. The energy boost that you receive after consuming meals will result in a 'Well Fed' buff, which will increase your speed travelling around the valley.

To make French Fries, you just need two ingredients - Potatoes and Canola. Like most ingredients in the game, these two can be obtained from Goofy's Stall in different biomes of Disney Dreamlight Valley.

To get your hands on Potatoes or Potato Seeds to make French Fries, you need to make sure that you have unlocked the Forgotten Lands biome. You need to spend 7000 Star Coins to unlock the Sunlit Plateau first. Then, you have to spend another 15,000 Star Coins to unlock the Forgotten Lands biome.

After this, unlock the Goofy's Stall based in the Forgotten Lands biome for 5,000 Star Coins. Next, you need to upgrade it for 12,500 Star Coins. Once all this is done, you can now buy Potato or Potato seeds from Goofy's Stall. Moving on, you need to unlock the unlock Forest of Valor biome for 3,000 Star Coins and help Goofy build his stall here for 1,500 Star Coins. Now upgrade the stall by spending 3,500 Star Coins.

If you already have WALL-E's garden unlocked in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you might be able to obtain both these items from there as well. The garden spawns a new item every day.

Once you buy both Potatoes and Canola from Goofy's Stall, head over to a cooking station and toss both ingredients into a pot to get crispy French Fries. Consuming this dish will give you 342 energy. If sold, you can earn 304 Star Coins.
