Promised Consort Radahn is the toughest demi-god in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. While the boss can be quite difficult to overcome, defeating the Prime reincarnation of Radahn rewards some of the most powerful weapons and Incantations, which you don't want to miss out on.

While the base game version of Radahn and his weapons are still quite powerful, the newer ones are even more impactful. This makes them viable for what is essentially the most overpowered build for both, PvP and PvE.

The Promised Consort Radahn build uses the toolset of the DLC's final boss, which much like the boss itself, can easily melt anything that stands in its way. Here's how you can create the Promised Consort Radahn build, in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Breakdown of the Promised Consort Radahn build in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

The Promised Consort Radahn build that I came up with, is essentially a Strength-Intelligence hybrid, which I originally used for the Starscourge build, with some minor adjustments. This build is incredibly overpowered, even for NG+. However, despite the sheer DPS of this build, there are some limitations to it.

The biggest limitation of the Promised Consort Radahn build is its stat requirements. Even if you are Level 200+, it won't be enough to help you equip the weapons and the Incantation crafted from the boss' Remembrance.

The weapon(s) you get from Radahn's Remembrance have low stat requirements. To make them viable enough for New Game+, you need to invest a ton of points into both Strength as well as Intelligence. On the flip side, the Incantation you get from the same Remembrance requires a whopping 72 Faith.

Unless you're Level 350+, equipping the weapons and the Incantation won't be possible without compromising the effectiveness of both. The build I went for is with the Radahn Swords as the primary weapon. During my testing, I found the Incantation to be not quite as useful as its stat requirements might suggest.

Here's a breakdown of the Promised Consort Radahn build in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree:

Weapon(s):

  • Greatsword of Radahn (Lord) +10
  • Greatsword of Radahn (Light) +10

Talismans:

  • Erdtree's Favor +2
  • Dragoncrest Greatshwield Talisman
  • Shard of Alexander
  • Two-Headed Turtle Talisman

Armor:

  • Young Lion's armor set (Obtained after defeating Promised Consort Radahn)

I tested the build out on a Level 237 character on New Game+2. However, you can create this build with a Level 180+ character. That being said, here is the stat breakdown for the Promised Consort Radahn build in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree:

  • Vigor: 60
  • Mind: 30
  • Endurance: 60
  • Strength: 60
  • Dexterity: 30
  • Intelligence: 60
  • Faith: 8
  • Arcane: 8

Your primary way of dealing damage is going to be the Ash of War of the Greatsword(s), which paired with the Shard of Alexander (or Godfrey Icon) can easily decimate bosses in just a few combos. While you can go with just one of the Greatswords, I do recommend duplicating the Remembrance to get both weapons.

The Greatsword of Radahn (Lord) is an incredibly powerful crowd-control tool. Its Ash of War - Promised Consort is very effective in dealing with multiple enemies in a single combo while also providing hyperarmor. However, for boss fights or one-on-one battles, the Greatsword of Radhan (Light) is much more effective due to its Lightspeed Slash.
