The recipes available in the game are broadly divided into four categories: two-star, three-star, four-star, and five-star. Sand Stew falls under the five-star recipe, meaning it requires five ingredients to cook it.

The required ingredients for this meal are as follows:

• Dunebopper Fish
• Sand Worm
• Sand Fish
• Spice (Any spice of your preference)
• Vegetable (Any vegetable that you want to use)

Consuming this recipe will help restore 5000 energy or it can be sold at Goofy's Stall in Disney Dreamlight Valley for 2200 Star Coins.

The three types of fish required to make Sand Stew can be found in the Eternity Isle biome. The Dunebopper fish is exclusive to the Oasis area of the Glittering Dunes biome. To catch it, target the blue pools in the Glittering Dunes.

For Sand Fish, visit the sand pools. These aquatic animals are exclusive to the white pools.

The next required ingredient is the Sand Worm, which is present in the orange pools in sand lakes in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Look around the Eternity Isle to find any spice of your choice. Exploring the Peaceful Meadow can also prove helpful as you can find Oregano and many more spices and herbs there as well.

Keep in mind that the dish's selling price will vary depending on the rarity and price of the spices and vegetables used in the recipe.
