While three of the ingredients required to make this recipe are mandatory, players get the liberty to choose the last two ingredients. Nonetheless, Sand Stew can help restore a whopping 5,000 Energy. If you decide to sell this dish though, you can earn a minimum of 2,244 Star Coins in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

The first ingredient required to make this recipe is Dunebopper which can be found in the Oasis area of the Glittering Dunes. You will need to fish in the blue ripples in the water here to catch Dunebopper.

The next ingredient required is Sand Fish, which is also available in the Glittering Dunes biome. Aim your fishing rod in the white sand pools to get Sand Fish from this biome. Similarly, the third ingredient, which is the Sand Worm, is available in the sand lakes in this biome.
