To make Seafood Pasta in the game, you need three ingredients - Wheat, Milk, and Seafood. The locations for all of these ingredients are different.

The first ingredient on the list is Wheat, also the simplest one to obtain. Wheat can directly be bought from Goofy's Stall in Peaceful Meadow. Alternatively, you can buy Wheat seeds and then farm the ingredient yourself. Upon plantation, it takes around a minute to grow Wheat.

The next item on the list is Milk. It can only be bought from Chez Remy. For this, however, you need to make sure that you have successfully completed the Realm Quest. Once you've done that and helped Remy set up his restaurant in the village, you can obtain Milk in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It will cost 230 Star Coins.
