• Any Seafood (Except fish)
• Lettuce

Once you collect the two items, head to any Cooking Station, place your items in the cooking pot, and start the cooking process. Your Seafood Salad will be ready in a few seconds.

1) Any Seafood

Any of the following items can fulfill the requirement to make the Seafood Salad in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

• Festive Squid
• Clam
• Scallop
• Oyster
• Shrimp
• Crab
• Squid
• Lobster

That said, it is best to use Clams or Scallops as you can easily find them at the Dazzle Beach biome. Unlocking the area just costs 1,000 Dreamlight, after which you can forage lots of Scallops and Clams by searching in the sandy areas of the biome.

2) Lettuce

To find Lettuce, head to the Goofy’s Stall at Peaceful Meadow biome. The items sold at Goofy’s Stall rotate occasionally, so you may need to visit the store every few hours to find Lettuce in stock. Once in stock, you can purchase Lettuce Seeds for three Star Coins each or the fully grown Lettuce for 12 Star Coins.

Seafood Salad is required during the Peacemakers friendship quest by Moana. During the quest, Moana will need your help to appease Maui by cooking a Seafood Salad for him. The quest becomes available after reaching friendship level 4 with Moana and clears the path to the Forest of Valor.

As for other uses, you can consume Seafood Salad to restore 349 energy, sell it at Goofy’s Stall for 11 Star Coins, or give it to Disney characters to improve your friendship level with them.
