To make the Sesame Balls in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will need the following ingredients:

Wheat: Wheat can be obtained from Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow area. A bag of Wheat seeds just costs one Star Coin and can be planted to obtain three units of Wheat. Alternatively, you can buy one unit of grown Wheat for three Star Coins.

Rice: Rice can also be bought or grown. You can buy it from Goofy’s Stall in Glade of Trust. The seeds cost 35 Star Coins and the grown crop costs 92 Star Coins. The Rice Seeds take 50 minutes to grow so if you are in a hurry, it’s probably best to buy the fully grown Rice.

Ginger: You need to unlock the Sunlit Plateau biome and Forgotten Lands biome to obtain Ginger. Once in the Forgotten Lands biome, it can be foraged from the plants with purple leaves that grow in the ground.

Soya: Goofy’s Stall in Sunlit Plateau sells fully grown Soya for 104 Star Coins and Soya Seeds for 60 Star Coins. The seeds take 30 minutes to grow but they are considerably cheaper.

Seaweed: Seaweed grows in all regions of Disney Dreamlight Valley. You can easily fish it using your fishing rod in open waters.

You need a piece of coal to start the cooking process. So if you don’t have one already, mining a few rocks around the valley should give you one. Once everything is in your inventory, head to a Cooking Station, place all the ingredients in and select Start Cooking. Sesame Balls will be ready in a few seconds, which can then be used to complete Remy’s request.

You can also give it as a gift to boost friendship with characters, use it as a decoration, or eat it yourself to restore 722 energy and gain a hover boost. If you want to use Sesame Balls as a decoration, select the meal inside your inventory and select “drop”. After the meal has been removed from the inventory, it can be positioned using the furniture placement mode.
