You will need five ingredients in total to make Shish Taouk in the game. These items are:

• 1X Poultry
• 1X Rice
• 1X Lemon
• 1X Garlic
• 1X Oregano

All of the ingredients required to make this dish are mandatory and can not be swapped with any other item. Moreover, once you have prepared Shish Taouk, you can sell it at any Goofy's Stall for 1,109 Star Coins or consume it to restore 1,928 Energy in the game.

The first item — Poultry — can be obtained from Gaston's Stall in The Wastes biome of the Glittering Dunes. If you don't have this stall unlocked, you will need to reach Friendship level 2 with Gaston and then complete the "Center of Attention" and the "Diamond in The Rough" quest. Once you have access to Gaston's Stall, you can buy Poultry from his stall for 500 Star Coins.

The second ingredient required is Rice which can be purchased from Goofy's Stall in The Glade of Trust biome. A bag of Rice seeds is priced at 92 Star Coins, though you'll need to wait 50 minutes after sowing in order to harvest Rice.

Lemon is the next item on the list. This can be bought from Goofy's Stall in the Forest of Valor as well as the Glade of Trust biome for 67 Star Coins. You can also forage this ingredient from both these biomes. Once you spot a Lemon tree, interact with it to harvest three Lemons every time.

Now, to get Garlic, you will need to go back to the Forest of Valor. Here, Garlic can be harvested from the ground. Explore a little and you will be able to find Garlic without any difficulties, as it is extremely common in this biome.

The last ingredient that you need is Oregano, which is the most common spice in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It can be found growing around The Plaza. Once you have all these ingredients, go to a cooking station and toss everything into a pot to make Shish Taouk in the game.
