The Beast Buddha is a rare Curio that you can obtain in Chapter 3 of Black Myth Wukong. However, there's a caveat to obtaining this Curio, it's a random item drop from one of the most annoying elite enemies in Chapter 3. Much like other rare Curios in the game, like Tiger Tendon Belt, White Seashell Waist Chain, etc., the Beast Buddha comes with a powerful perk.
However, given it's a random drop, obtaining it isn't nearly as easy as simply finding it in a treasure chest. Thankfully, there's a very easy way to obtain the Beast Buddha in Chapter 3 - The New West. While farming for this Curio requires some end-game items, it can be done without those as well, at the cost of low drop rates.
Here's a comprehensive guide on how to obtain the Beast Buddha Curio in Black Myth Wukong.

Where to find the Beast Buddha Curio in Black Myth Wukong?
The Beast Buddha is obtained as a random drop by defeating the Dual-Blade Monk, near the New Thunderclap Temple in Black Myth Wukong's Chapter 3- The New World. The Dual-Blade Monk can be found in multiple places near the Thunderclap Temple. However, since these are elite enemy types, defeating the Dual-Blade Monk isn't particularly easy.
These enemies become easy cannon fodder once you reach New Game+. But, on standard New Game, defeating the Dual-Blade Monks after your arrival at the Thunderclap Temple is quite an arduous task. Furthermore, they have a ton of hyperarmor, just like some of the bosses in Black Myth Wukong.
And to top it all off, the drop rate of the Beast Buddha is incredibly low, especially without drop chance-enhancing Curios and gear. Thankfully, you can return to the New Thunderclap Temple any time during your playthrough to obtain the Beast Buddha Curios.
The best location to farm the Beast Buddha is the Towers of Karma Keeper's Shrine in the Valley of Ecstacy. From the Shrine, taking an immediate left takes you to a lone Dual-Blade Monk, who respawns upon resting at the Shrine. Alternatively, you can farm the Dual-Blade Monk close to the Thunderclap Temple Entrance Shrine.
Furthermore, to boost the drop rate of the Beast Buddha Curio, you should equip the Golden Carp Curio and the Skull of Turtle Treasure. The Golden Carp is obtained upon defeating the Yellow Loong in Chapter 4 - The Webbed Hollow. Whereas the Skull of Turtle Treasure can be obtained from defeating the Turtle Treasure enemy in Black Myth Wukong.
