The Bloodsucking Cracked Tear is one of the best additions to arrive from Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. Having this item equipped will temporarily increase your attack power by a hefty amount. However, your HP will also slowly get drained while the buff from this Cracked Tear is active. So, while it is amazing for damage buffs, it might not suit your playstyle if you rely on tanking a lot of hits.
On the other hand, if you play aggressively and deal a ton of damage, you can't go wrong with this Crystal Tear. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to obtain the Bloodsucking Cracked Tear in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

The Bloodsucking Cracked Tear is dropped from a Furnace Golem north of the Castle Watering Hole Site of Grace. To get here, start at the Main Gate Plaza Site of Grace and exit from the door on your right. Climb the stairs, take another right from the top, and use the ladder in front of you to head down.
After that, follow the waterfall, and you will come across another ladder leading down. Take the second ladder, go through the small dungeon, and enter the coffin near the end to reach the Castle Watering Hole Site of Grace.
From here, you can head north to find a Furnace Golem sleeping in the middle of the Ruins of Unte. Use Torrent and platform your way up until you're close to the Golem's head. Throw a Heavy Furnace Pot on top of the Furnace Golem's Head to wake him up. Defeat the foe, and you will receive the Bloodsucking Cracked Tear.
Now, this is easily one of the best damage-buffing Cracked Tears in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. However, since it also drains your HP, you can combine it with the Crimson Amber Medallion +3 for some extra HP. You can use this Crystal Tear in tandem with a Perfume Bottle build to get access to some of the highest damage setups in Elden Ring.
