The Crimson Amber Medallion +3 is one of the best Talismans in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. The Land of Shadow can be daunting at first; the foes of this land hit hard and can eat your HP away even if you are heavily invested in Vigor. So, having the Crimson Amber Medallion +3 is a great way to help yourself tank more hits in the DLC.

That said, getting your hands on this Talisman is not simple. To find the Medallion you will have to travel to Fog Rift Catacombs and defeat the Death Knight. This article will show you how to obtain the Crimson Amber Medallion +3 in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Where to find the Crimson Amber Medallion +3 in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?

To find the Medallion you will have to traverse into the depths of Fog Rift Catacombs and fight the Death Knight. Follow the steps below to reach the Death Knight:

• From the Fog Rift Catacombs Site of Grace, head straight and turn left, and you will arrive in a large room.
• Sprint across the room to enter the cubby on the lift; this room has a giant spike trap that will crush you from above if you don't make haste. Go straight across the room and through the tunnel.
• Take a right and go straight until you come across some stairs heading down. From here, you have to be fast and head down the stairs and into the room on your left. If you're not fast enough, the bigmouth imp will attack and take a good chunk of HP from you.
• Now, drop to the area below, head straight, and use the lever on your left. Take the lift that arrives to get to the lower part of the Fog Rift Catacombs.
• Once you arrive at the Stake of Marika, head straight and take a left. You will now arrive in a room that's similar to the first large room with spike traps.
• The strategy remains the same: make haste and run across the large area with traps. You need to head for the room located on the far right of the trapped room.
• Once you're out of the trapped area, it's a straight run to another lever. Pull the lever and take the second elevator to get to the bottom of the Fog Rift Catacombs.
