How to obtain the Crusade Insignia in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

The Crusade Insignia in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree is one of the newly added Talismans that significantly increases your attack power. Talismans are a prominent way to raise your attributes in the game. Since the DLC has some of the hardest bosses in the game, using them is crucial. Notably, there are two Crusade Insignia available, and one of them can be obtained in the early game pretty easily.

Crusade Insignia Talisman in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree: Location

There are two Crusade Insignia Talismans available in Shadow of the Erdtree, and getting one of them is quite straightforward in the early game. All you have to do is traverse through a certain path, avoid enemies, and kill an invader to get the Talisman.

Follow the steps below to obtain the Crusade Insignia:

1. If you're starting from Gravesite Plain Grace, go straight to the north and find the Three-Path Cross Grace.
2. From there, proceed through the huge gate, go up the stairs, and you will see the Belurat Tower Settlement gate and also the Main Gate Cross Grace.
3. Go inside the big door, move past all the enemies, and proceed until you reach the Belurat, Tower Settlement Grace.
4. From there, navigate to the narrow right-side pathway, go right again. After following the path, you will see a door on the left. Go there, and you will reach the Small Private Altar Grace.
5. Go through the door in front and then go right to move up the stairs. Wait for the soldier to walk past (he can be deadly) and proceed through the right-side's broken road.
6. After running for a while, you will finally reach a circular area where Fire Knight Queelign will invade you. Killing him will grant you the Crusade Insignia in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Defeating the Fire Knight Queelign is straightforward. He uses a sword and fire spells, whose attacks you can easily dodge. Notably, he will take healing potions occasionally. You can also easily stagger him with melee weapons.

After killing him, he will drop the Crusade Insignia as well as 23,778 runes as rewards.

The Crusade Insignia is a brand-new Talisman in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, and it raises the attack power after you kill an enemy. Thus, when you're exploring and fighting multiple enemies at a time, your attacks will be buffed significantly.

Although not suitable for boss fights (as you're usually 1v1), it's a great Talisman for exploring purposes. Notably, it weighs 1.2.
