Follow these steps to acquire the Dried Bouquet Talisman that can help you get better results against the elite bosses.

1. Begin your quest at Belurat, Tower Settlement.
2. If you have already been to the place and have the fast travel point unlocked, start at the Belurat, Tower Settlement Site of Grace. Otherwise, go from the Small Private Altar Site of Grace.
3. From the Small Private Altar, venture north through the weathered doorway and ascend the right-hand staircase.
4. At the stair's summit, go left, then immediately right. Hug the crumbling wall as you advance.
5. Carefully move ahead until you encounter another wall. Here, go left and follow the path.
6. As you approach a putrid sewage stream, make a left turn before reaching the cascading waters.
7. Keep your eyes peeled for a doorway on your right, just past a section of fallen masonry. Enter and climb the ladder.
8. Emerge from the passage and climb another set of stairs. If you have the shortcut unlocked, you can use the elevator to skip all the previous steps and continue from this point.
9. At the staircase's peak, head westward.
10. Sprint past the ruins on your right, beware, there’s a gap on the floor. Leap across this breach to the opposite side.
11. Cautiously enter the hallway beyond, and be on alert for the enemies hiding in blind corners.
12. Navigate the corridor until you reach Miquella's Cross. Turn right, then quickly left as you exit into the open air.

The Dried Bouquet Talishman gives your character a 20% damage boost whenever one of your summonses dies. The effect lasts for 30 seconds and the duration resets every time a summoned spirit dies while the effect is active. So if multiple summons die while the effect is active, the timer will keep getting reset to 30 seconds and the effect will last longer.
