The Fire Knight's Seal is one of the best Sacred Seals you can find in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. Not only does the Fire Knight's Seal scale incredibly well with Faith, but it also buffs Messmer's Flame Incantations, making it suitable for pyromancy and certain melee builds in the game. What's even better is that you can acquire this Sacred Seal pretty early in the DLC.
As you progress through the Shadow of the Erdtree's main story, you will eventually make your way to the Shadow Keep, which is the biggest and most expansive legacy dungeon in Elden Ring. You will find the Fire Knight's Seal in the Shadow Keep, tucked away in a corner.
However, to get to the Fire Knight's Seal, you will have to make a slight detour of the Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to easily obtain the Fire Knight's Seal in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Where to find the Fire Knight's Seal in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?
The Fire Knight's Seal can be found in the Shadow Keep, not within the front entrance section of the castle, but at the back entrance, near the Church District. This entrance is accessible via Bonny Village, which in turn, is accessible via a secret underground passage in Moorth Ruins. Moorth Ruins is in the eastern part of Scadu Altus.
You need to first reach the Bonny Village and from there, make your way to the Church District Entrance Site of Grace. To get to the Bonny Village, reach the Moorth Ruins Site of Grace (you will also find Dryleaf Dane there), and from there, head bit to the northwest until you reach a ruined cathedral.
From the cathedral ruins, head a bit to the east, and you will reach a small chasm that takes you to a small underground structure. Navigate the underground cave to reach a wooden ladder that extends to the other end of the ruins. Climb the ladder to the top and you will exit at the Bonny Village. From there, it's a simple route to the Shadow Keep.
Do note that to the east of the Bonny Village, you will find the Bonny Gaol, which is one of the optional dungeons in Shadow of the Erdtree. Past the Bonny Village, you will reach the Church District Crossroads, and from there, it's a simple trek north to reach the Church District Entrance.
Note that this is also the way to reach the Cathedral of Manus Metyr, which is where you meet Count Ymir and Jolan. Moreover, the Cathedral is the area of one of the optional bosses of Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree - Metyr, Mother of Fingers.
Once you reach the Church District, you will need to do a bit of platforming to enter the Shadow Keep's back entrance. Once you make it to the Shadow Keep, head forward through the small alleyway, where you land and take the first exit to the left. On this exit, you will eventually reach a small platform with a giant mechanical construct.
Interact with the construct to drain the water blocking your way to the lower parts of the dungeon. After draining the water, head back to the alleyway, and jump down to the lower deck. Defeat all the enemies in the room, including the Fire Knight, and head to the large statue of Marika at the center. You will find the Fire Knight's Seal behind this statue.
