To reach the location of the Fire Serpent incantation in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, follow these steps:

Go through the Church District to reach the Specimen Storehouse, towards the Back Section of the Site of Grace.
Climb the ladder and head right to further climb a flight of stairs.
Keep heading forward till you reach the balcony. You will find the incantation on a corpse, at the right side of the balcony.

To use and cast the Fire Serpent, first visit a Site of Grace and equip this incantation to your Memory Slot. This can be done via the Memorize Spell option available to you.
