How to obtain Flamedrake Talisman +3 in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree

The Flamedrake Talisman +3 can be obtained fairly early in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, but only if you're thorough with your exploration of the opening area of the Shadow Realm. As the name suggests, the Flamedrake Talisman +3 massively increases your defenses against "Flame" elemental attacks, which comes really handy against bosses like Messmer.

As you explore the opening areas of the expansion, i.e., Gravesite Plains and Scadu Altus, you will eventually arrive at the Highroad Cross, from where you can head into several different optional regions of the map. As you explore Scadu Altus, you will eventually reach a ruined castle, where you will find the Flamedrake Talisman +3.

Where to find the Flamedrake Talisman +3 in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?

The Flamedrake Talisman +3 can be found at the Fort of Reprimand. However, it's extremely missable if you don't search every nook and cranny of the castle. You can reach Fort of Reprimand pretty early in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. In fact, you can get there as soon as you reach Scadu Altus and the Highroad Cross Site of Grace.

Head to the east of Scadu Altus and you will eventually reach a camp of Messmer's soldiers. Past the camp, head south and you will arrive at a Spiritspring, which you can activate either by breaking the contraption, right on top of the platform, or, you can use Mohg's or Margit's Shackles to bypass the puzzle.

Once you reach the top of the plateau, you will find another Spiritspring to the right, and jumping onto it will lead you to the Fort of Reprimand. Once you're at the Fort, head north and then east where you will find an Omenkiller. Defeat the Omenkiller and head down to reach a set of stairs.

Head up the stairs and you will find a Site of Grace to your north. From the Site of Grace, make a right and you will reach a boss fight against Black Knight Edreed who, upon defeat, drops the Aspect of Crucible: Wings Ash of War. Exit the boss' room and head down the stairs to the right. On your way, you will fight four Messmer's Soldiers.

Right when you enter the Castle, make a left and jump through the rubble of broken prisoner cages. Head straight through the rubble and you will eventually reach a treasure chest. Inside the treasure chest, you will find the Flamedrake Talisman +3.

While it is completely optional to go through Fort of Reprimand, you really don't want to miss out on the rewards it hides. The Flamedrake Talisman +3 comes in very handy against some of the toughest bosses in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, ala Messmer the Impaler.
