Follow this path to get the item:

• First, find the Dragon Communion Grand Altar. The location of this Grace site can be found in the south of the Jagged Peak Drake boss arena.
• There you will need to engage in conversation with the Dragon Communion Priestess near the altar.
• She will give you draconic essence and tell you some stories about Bayle and the Ancient Dragon Lord.
• Opt for "Devour draconic essence" rather than "Do not partake."
• As a reward, the priestess will give you the "Ancient Dragon's Blessing."
• Use this item to enhance your damage negation at the cost of some FP.
• You can return to the priestess to obtain additional blessings when depleted.
• Also if you want to unlock her spirit ash summon then visit at night and give her Thiollier's Concoction.
• After this head north to the Drake arena, then northeast up the mountain and across a bridge.
• Continue climbing until you encounter two Drakes engaged in combat. Do not do anything until the fight is over, then jump in to finish off the weakened dragon.
• After that look for Igon just east of the Drake duo's fighting grounds.
• You can find him cursing Bayle and praising you as a true Drake Warrior like him.
• Speak with Igon to receive Igon's Furled Finger.
• Keep Igon's Furled Finger in your inventory to unlock his summon sign during the Bayle the Dread encounter.
