If you want to grab the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, you must first travel to Castle Front Grace. Then follow the southeast pathway, and after some time, you will see a rocky path on the left side. Go down carefully to the bottom using the rocky platforms.

Upon reaching the bottom, proceed in the southwest direction through the cave and after following the path for a while, you will come across the Ellac River Cave Grace. From there, go out of the cave and navigate to the northwest pathway through the lake.

After traveling for some time, a Tree Spirit mini-boss will spawn. You can avoid it and go past it to the north. Follow the pathway in the middle, and you will see a big waterfall at the end. There's a cave beneath it.

Go inside the cave, and finally, you can grab the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman at the end of it.
