Skill
The unit applies the Debt Collector mark on a party member, which sticks around for three turns and enhances their SPD by 30. Under its effect, when a teammate attacks, they unleash a Follow-Up attack dealing Quantum DMG scaling off Jade's attack. However, they lose 2% of HP while under the Debtcollector Effect.
While it is possible for Jade to apply the status effect on herself to increase her damage, it is not recommended since she will not get the speed buff.

Talent
Jade's Talent uses two different types of stacks, Charge and Pawned Asset. She gains the former each time she or a teammate with the Debt Collector mark attacks an enemy. Once she collects eight Charge stacks, she unleashes a powerful Follow-Up attack.
As for the Pawned Asset stacks, they increase Jade's Crit DMG. She gains these by performing Follow-Up attacks and every time an ally with the Debt Collector mark takes the field. Furthermore, she can gain Pawned Asset stacks when new enemies appear.
Thanks to Jade's Bonus Ability, each Pawned Asset stack obtained will also increase her overall attack, which is what her entire kit scales off.

How to play Jade optimally in Honkai Star Rail
While Jade can certainly be played as a damage dealer, it is ideal to use her as a sub-DPS to enable your DPS to deal additional Quantum DMG via Follow-Up attacks.
With that in mind, here are the steps for an ideal Jade rotation in HSR:
- Begin with casting Jade's Skill to apply the Debt Collector mark on a teammate to buff their speed.
- Use the character under the influence of the Debt Collector effect to deal damage to enemies and trigger Follow-Up attacks.
- Until the aforementioned effect is active, Jade cannot use her Skill again. So you must use her Basic Attacks to deal damage and gain Charge stacks.
- Keep repeating the above steps to deal damage and gain stacks. With every eight Charge stacks gained, Jade will trigger a Follow-Up attack.
