• Basic Attack: March 7th (Hunt) attacks a single opponent dealing a decent amount of Imaginary damage that scales with her ATK.
• Enhanced Basic Attack: March 7th’s Enhanced Basic ATK deals three hits on the targeted enemy, dealing significant amounts of Imaginary damage while having a chance of hitting the enemy with up to three more hits. This attack always regenerates the same amount of energy and cannot recover/replenish a Skill Point for the team.
• Skill: March assigns the targeted ally as her master/Shifu. The character with the Shifu buff will have their SPD increased by a decent amount. Moreover, when March is attacking an opponent with her Enhanced Basic Attack, it will deal additional damage if the Shifu treads on the Hunt, Erudition, or Destruction Path. Additionally, she can deal an increased amount of toughness damage if her Shifu follows either Harmony, Nihility, Preservation, or Abundance Path.
• Ultimate: Deals Imaginary damage to a single target and adds two points/stacks of Charge for her Enhanced basic ATK. Upon triggering this ability, March’s next Enhanced Basic Attack will deal two additional hits.
• Passive Talent: Whenever the character with Shifu attacks an enemy or activates their ultimate, March 7th gains a Charge point. When she has seven points in possession, her action will be forwarded immediately and her Basic ATK will be enhanced. Attacking an enemy with the Enhanced Basic Attack will consume all seven charge points and during the time March 7th cannot use her skill.
• Technique: Upon activation, March 7th (Hunt) can regenerate 30 energy when the fight starts. Additionally, she can gain a maximum of three Charge points when her allies use their Technique after March uses hers.

How to optimally play March 7th in Honkai Star Rail?

After you have perfected the March 7th (Hunt) build in Honkai Star Rail, you should focus on mastering her playstyle as well. From the outside, it may feel like March 7th’s playstyle is complicated but after taking a look at her kit and understanding what it does, it's quite easy to master. Here are some tips to help with that:

• First off, since March 7th’s Enhance Basic ATK is the primary source of her damage, make sure you pair her with a DPS unit who can launch consecutive attacks. This will help March 7th accumulate a decent amount of Charge points.
• At the start of a fight, make sure you are assigning the main DPS unit of the team, for example, Yunli as March 7th master. Since Yunli has Shifu, her SPD will also increase. This means that she will have more turns in a single cycle. This allows Yunli to launch frequent attacks on her opponents and activate her ultimate that helps March 7th to gain quite a lot of Charge points.
• When March has enough Charge points, she can enhance her Basic ATK and deal a stupendous amount of damage. Additionally, make sure you keep activating her ultimate ability the moment you get it as it grants her extra Charge points.
• Lastly, when you are about to accumulate seven Charge points for March 7th, buff her with the Harmony/Support units to maximize the amount of damage she can deal in Honkai Star Rail.
