The Metro Royale mode functions much like the regular classic mode of the title. However, in addition to enemy players, you will be left on a deserted island with countless zombies.

If you find it hard to get decent loot in this mode, head towards Misty Port or Arctic Base, where you will find Spirit Pearl Crate, which has a trove of supplies.

The Metro Royale mode in the PUBG Mobile 3.3 update has received three new zombie bosses: Mutant, Paimen, and Variant-F. Note that these bosses are often spawned respectively in Mine Warehouse, School, and Power Plant.

While Mutant carries a club with which it deals lethal melee attacks, Paimen is skilled at inflicting close-range fist attacks, summoning hordes of zombies, and dealing long-range wave attacks. On the other hand, Variant-F hurls fireballs and can lunge toward its foes, causing deadly damage. Kill these bosses and you will be rewarded with high-end supplies.

It's worth mentioning that since the Metro Royale mode in the PUBG Mobile 3.3 update has received daytime weather changes, the day will be changed to dusk and subsequently night as your match progresses. Therefore, plan your tactic accordingly since, during the night, your opponents will have poor vision, and so will you.

If you frequently run out of ammo while facing zombies, search for the newly added M134, which is a counterpart of the M249, boasting a huge clip size. Or else, another fresh weapon named Flamethrower is also a good choice if you wish to reduce the dead walkers to ashes.

If overwhelmed with zombies, you can turn to the Lure Grenade added to the Metro Royale mode in the PUBG Mobile 3.3 update. It is used to distract or lure zombies toward your desired spot.

If you wish to organize a match exclusively for friends, you can use the newly added feature in the Metro Royale mode in the PUBG Mobile 3.3 update, called Room Feature. It allows you to create a room and add friends to play a match in the mode.
