The Cerulean Coast lies in the southern portion of the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree map. It might not seem readily apparent how players can get there, and there is likely more than one route. This route is going to take us from the Castle Front Site of Grace, all the way to the one that lies at the beginning of the Cerulean Coast, far to the south. It’s a beautiful portion of the map, and there are plenty of secrets to uncover farther south.
If you’re looking for all the Scadutree Fragments in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, you need to head to the Cerulean Coast. Two fragments hide here, so it’s worth visiting this area for that alone. If you want to know how to get there, look no further.

Start from the Castle Front to easily reach Cerulean Coast in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
This route is a direct path that leads to Cerulean Coast in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. While it might seem a little unconventional looking at the map, players will head down into a watery section that ultimately leads directly to the southern portion of the map. There are likely other ways to get there, but this is the route we chose to navigate. If you somehow already have the Ellac River Cave or Ellac River Downstream Site of Grace, you can just start there.
You can also find some of Miquella’s Crosses down in the Cerulean Coast, making it all the more important to explore this area, once you’re ready. From the Castle Front Site of Grace, head southeast through the nearby encampment. You’re going to go beyond it, and when the path splits, head down (south), and once you start seeing the toxic, green swamp, start to turn northeast.
Continue north and head down through the swamp, and once you start seeing the rocky cliffs, begin to shift west. We’re going to drop down into the watery section, and head south, to enter a cave. You will see a huge purple/pink flower. This begins the next portion of our trip to Cerulean Coast in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
Follow the cave south - it’s a pretty straightforward path. Towards the end, you’ll find a Site of Grace (Ellac River Cave). When you get into the open area, take the left waterfall path. Continue heading south until you find the Ellac River Downstream Site of Grace.
Climb down the rocks, heading east, and then south to get into the water. There’s a massive boss that might roam your way, so just be aware of it. You see its fire glowing off in the distance. Head south again, through the treeline, to avoid the giant fire boss, and you’ll soon start seeing brilliantly colored blue flowers.
There’s an opening in the rocks that is filled with these blue flowers. When you get back out into the open, you’ll see the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace, bringing you to the area you were seeking.
