Reaching Data Hub level 3 is one of the objectives in the Wuthering Waves 1.3 update's Where Star Slumber event. To do so, you will have to collect KU-Cass Cartridges and deliver them to the robot named KU-Cass in the Tethys Hub. Luckily, obtaining this collectible item is pretty simple. Completing the event object will not only give Stardust event currency but also give you additional rewards for raising the Data Hub level.

Collect KU-Cass Cartridges

As mentioned, you need to collect KU-Cass Cartridges to reach Data Hub level 3. There are only two ways to collect this item.

1) Black Shores main quest

One of the ways to obtain KU-Cass Cartridges is to do the Black Shores' main quest. You can get up to five cartridges during the mission.

2) Yhoran's Tactical Trials

Another way to get KU-Cass Cartridges is to complete Yhoran's Tactical Trials across the Black Shores. You can unlock them by starting a side quest of the same name.

Teleport to the Haven of Sprouts Resonance Beacon and head north to find a few digital Tacet Discords. Defeat them in the challenge to start the quest. This will trigger a cutscene and mark the locations of seven trials across the Black Shores' map.

Deliver KU-Cass Cartirdges to KU-Cass

Teleport to the Tethys Hub Resonance Beacon and go southwest to find a robot named KU-Cass next to a holographic screen. Interact with the robot and select the first option. Once the Data Hub interface is open, click on Deliver All at the bottom right corner of the screen to submit all the KU-Cass Cartridges.
