A comprehensive guide to reaching the Hyrule Castle in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Creativity and effective deduction of varying situations are essential while finding answers in open-world RPGs. Hence, there are multiple ways to reach the Hyrule Castle. Stock up on your potions and elixirs to help replenish your stamina whenever necessary. Once resolved, use the following methods to reach the castle quickly.

1) Using the paraglider

This is the easiest and the most common way to reach the Hyrule Castle in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. You can use your paraglider to get to the castle. Start from the Lookout Landing Sky View Tower (coordinates -0293, 0137, 0025) and glide towards the castle.

Remember that paragliding costs stamina, so keep topping up your stamina with potions, elixirs, and stamina wheels. However, if you get the Glide Suit armor set, you will eliminate any stamina cost during gliding. The Legend of Zelda games are all about exploration and exciting discoveries. Hence, this will be a valuable piece of gear.

2) Using Ultrahand and Recall

Link has been given many exciting abilities in Tears of the Kingdom for you to take advantage of. Incidentally, the Ultrahand and Recall abilities can be used creatively to reach the Hyrule Castle in this title.

Moreover, in this method, you will not need a paraglider. Follow these steps to pull off this method successfully:

  1. Just like the previous method, stock up on stamina resources to at least be able to replenish one full wheel.
  2. Now get to a spot where you will find a lot of wooden construction materials (planks, boards, etc) to use.
  3. Combine them with your Ultrahand ability and make them into a long bridge with various wooden materials. You will have to put compatible plans or boards with each other effectively. Finally, end it with a vertical board of wood. You can walk over it with Ultrahand.
  4. Finally, use Recall to reach the Hyrule Castle in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

3) Using a Zonai Flying Machine

This method, too, is applicable without the paraglider. You can do this anytime in the game if you stock up on a few Zonai devices in your inventory. Follow these steps to reach the desired location:

  1. Keep heading north of the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower until you reach the Hyrule Castle Town Ruins.
  2. Keep walking until you find a locked gate blocking your path.
  3. Climb the cliffs on the left and keep progressing until you reach the First Gatehouse.
  4. Take a left turn and progress until you reach a building station (coordinates -0058, 0916, 0138).

Once you have reached the building station, it is time to build your own Flying Machine. Use your Zonai Devices effectively to make one. You can even save your progress until now to avoid losses upon mistakes.

To build the machine, you will need a small wooden board, a battery, a flame emitter, and a balloon. Once you have built it correctly, you can travel to the Hyrule Castle in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
