Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree is packed with optional areas that you can completely miss out on if you're not thorough with your exploration of the Realm of Shadow. One such area is the Cerulean Coast. And it is in this area will you find the Southern Nameless Mausoleum, the most well-hidden Mausoleums in the DLC.

Most key locations in Elden Ring's base game were easy to locate as long as you unlocked the said area's map. However, that's not the case with Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. In fact, due to the Shadow Realm's verticality, most of the optional regions don't even show up on the map, at least not in a way that can help you track them.

Here's a comprehensive guide on how to locate the Southern Nameless Mausoleum in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.

Much like some of the other optional areas in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, like the Abyssal Woodlands, Jagged Peak Mountain, and Charo's Hidden Grave, Cerulean Coast is quite well-hidden. To reach the Cerulean Coast, you first need to reach the Castle Front Site of Grace and head west.

You will eventually reach the edge of the Ellac River, and from there, you need to do a bit of platforming to make it to the Cerulean Coast. Once you reach the Cerulean Coast, your first objective should be to grab the map of the area, to make navigation a tad bit easier. The map can be found north of the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace.

After getting the map, place a marker on the westernmost extreme of the map make your way there, and grab the Cerulean Coast, West Site of Grace. From the Site of Grace, head to the east until you reach a white withered tree, guarded by a Cemetery Shade. Defeat the Cemetery Shade and head slightly to the left of the tree. Here you will find a path that heads downwards.

Follow the path and it will eventually lead you to a cave. Carefully drop down to the cave and head to the exit on the left. On your way, you will be ambushed by a Giant Lobster and Crabs, which you can choose to escape or kill. After exiting the cave, head north and you will eventually reach the Southern Nameless Mausoleum.
