The Wuthering Waves 1.3 update takes you to the enigmatic Black Shores. However, things go haywire soon after you land on the island and you are tasked with restoring the anchors from corruption. There are three in total, with the one at the TD Observatory being the final anchor that you need to restore.

After you cleanse the corruption from the anchor in Haven of Sprouts, your next objective will be to do the same for the one at the TD Observatory. Head to the island using the grapple points and make your way to the base of the tower. Here, you need to talk with one of the members of the Black Shores and clear out a group of monsters. Once the monsters are defeated, your objective marker will lead you to the KU-Key robot once again. Talk with it and start scaling the tower.

This is a basic platforming section where you need to climb the anchor, but do be careful and try not to fall over the edge.

Use KU-Key's ability to cleanse the first node of data corruption and keep climbing the anchor, Once you reach the final node, the corruption will eventually block it off and create an arena full of Tacet Discords.

There will be two waves of enemies that you need to fight off; the first wave consists of Flautists and Tambourinists and the second one comprises Dreadmane Wolves. After you defeat them, the final node will appear which you can cleanse using KU-Key's ability.

This will restore the anchor at the TD Observatory in Wuthering Waves and a short cutscene will play indicating that all the corruption has been purged.
