You can enter the Mysterious Room through the portal that is activated after interacting with the info tablet on the table. As mentioned, restoring both rooms to the same state is the main objective of the quest. To do so, you must turn off four computers in the original room to make both locations look the same. A side-by-side comparison of the rooms has been shown in the image above.
Start by passing through the portal to return to the main room and go to the other end. Next, turn around and turn off the left computer on the table. Note that it will take multiple attempts to switch it off. Once that is done, turn off the computer located diagonally on the same table.

Once the second computer is turned off, head to the other table in the middle of the room and turn off the computer on the left. Finally, switch off the computer located diagonally on the table similar to the previous two. Do note that the last computer also requires multiple attempts and will turn red after your first try.
A Tacet Discord will appear before your last attempt to turn off the computer. Quickly defeat it and wait for the cutscene. This will restore both rooms to the same state.
Upon completing this objective, you will be rewarded with two Advanced Supply Chests, each worth 20 Astrites. One will be in the Mysterious Room and the other in the original room.
