Kunitsu-Gami Path of the Goddess can be a fairly challenging game, so you must know how to save in-game progress as you cross levels defeating hordes of demons that wish to attack the priestess Yoshiro. This is also because the game's tower defense elements may take some players to get used to, so trial and error is in order.

That said, saving game data is easy in Kunitsu-Gami Path of the Goddess as the feature becomes available early on. Here's how to do it.

The save feature unlocks upon unlocking your very first Tent in the Japanese mythology-themed game from Capcom. This is a location in every base that you set up across each level and also houses the priestess Yoshiro. Among the various interactive elements here, such as equipping accessories and looking over unlocked artwork, the save option is also here.

It is the green stamp book sitting on the table to the right of Yoshiro. Hovering over it will bring up the "Save Game" text, indicating this is where you can save your game. Click on it and save the game to record all progress made so far. Since you can move to any base on the map and each of them has Tents, you can save in whichever hub area you wish.

While the game does have an auto-save feature that lets you load previous autosave to go back in time, we recommend saving often manually for clarity's sake. As mentioned before, Kunitsu-Gami Path of the Goddess is also ripe with challenges, so those unfamiliar with the basics of tower defense-inspired strategy games may find themselves struggling initially.

However, the game is quick to ease you in, especially with the handy tutorials available to view in the menu as the story progresses. Furthermore, levels can be replayed, which doesn't just allow becoming more familiar with different units, unique level challenges and modifiers, and enemy types but also ties into the gameplay progression.
